My practice of the Five Tibetans begins every morning. I take a hot shower and then get down on my mat. It takes about 8 minutes and gives you tremendous energy and sense of well-being. I have reshaped my body and gotten much stronger. I started this practice 2 years ago at age 75. . This practice can be done anywhere or anytime using a mat, towel or just the floor. They should be done everyday 21 times each.
