Gentle Yoga provides a safe, effective environment to help you stretch, gain strength and coordination through gentle movements and postures. This class is for anyone who has not taken a yoga class as well as students that just want to unwind and relax.

Yoga Nidra is a practice of yogic sleep that will guide you to a state of consciousness between wakefulness and sleeping. Yoga Nidra gives you access to that space between thoughts and beyond mind. In this state, we reset the body; expand the mind and see things from a different vantage point. The only thing required of you is to follow my voice.

Slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. The main focus of Restorative Yoga is that by relaxing in poses with the aid of props, without strain or pain, we can achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation. Stress in our body is reduced increasing blood flow to our vital organs.
