Strengthen your immune system, reduce fatigue; learn correct breathing techniques to reduce anxiety, fear and stress from your life. Meditation to relax the mind. Gentle postures and restorative poses.
All Levels. 45min. Tools: Yoga mat, blanket; or another blanket to roll up as a bolster.
