The main focus of Restorative Yoga is that by relaxing in poses with the aid of props, without strain or pain, we can achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation. Stress in our body is reduced increasing blood flow to our vital organs.
All Levels. 30min. Tools: Yoga Mat, Bolster, pillows or rolled blanket will work.
