Yoga Nidra is a practice of yogic sleep that will guide you to a state of consciousness between wakefulness and sleeping. Yoga Nidra gives you access to that space between thoughts and beyond mind. In this state, we reset the body; expand the mind and see things from a different vantage point. The only thing required of you is to follow my voice. 

All Levels. 45min Tools: Yoga mat or chair
